Jon- Farmer's roadside assistance is a life saver. I have Arvid in Seattle for her pre-op on her hip replacement. Dodged a bunch of truck bindings in I-5 freeway but ended with a rear sidewall blow out. Had to pull over in a left side 8 ft closed shoulder rush hour traffic. Couldn't even get out of car to look at tire. Farmers sent a wrecker loaded us up and saved our lives. Unbelievable service - thank you!

Everyone in the office is so helpful! We left the office completely blown away by the savings they found for us, in not just our health insurance, but auto and renters. This office is the real deal! If you are trying to navigate through the chaos of the new health insurance laws- please go see them! We are self employed and were so overwhelmed by the options. Working with Jon and his team so far has been a great experience. They put together an excellent package for all of our insurance needs. Working directly with Nicole has been wonderful, as she answers all of our questions in a timely fashion. It is really nice having someone either a phone call or email away who can answer all of your questions and makes sure that you are doing the right thing for you and your family. I never once felt like they were trying to sell us the most expensive package. It has always been, "what will work best for you guys." My wife and I love it and I can't imagine getting our insurance anywhere else. Their prices are competitive, but most importantly their people are top notch!!!
